Nokia hosts Need For Speed tourney to showcase  mobile gaming phones

To bring alive the experience of gaming on High Definition and recognize the best mobile gamers in the country, Nokia is sponsoring the Need For Speed (Shift HD), mobile game tournament across eight cities, in 150 Nokia retail outlets as well as large multi-brand mobile retail stores, between July 7 and August 7.

The tournament comprises two phases: an on-ground leg and online activity on www.facebook.com/nokiaindia . All that consumers need to do to take part is to either visit a participating Nokia outlet or register online to let the tournament begin! The top 10 participants, with the highest online and on-ground scores, win an all expenses paid trip to the F1 Grand Prix in Singapore on September 25 this year.
Says  supermodel Diandra Soares who was on hand to encourage gamers at the Bangalore tournaments: “I am completely energized after the face off with some of the best and the most talented mobile gaming fanatics in Bangalore today. With this kind of talent, the Full Throttle Tournament promises to be full of thrill and adventure”. The Full Throttle Tournament has been a success in allowing customers try out mobile gaming at local outlets”.
The cities hosting the tournament are: *Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi+NCR, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Chandigarh .
